Shipping and Delivery
All Embedded-Store.com orders are processed within one business day. Inventory availability is verified at the time of order processing. If your order cannot ship within 2 business days you will be contacted by a Sales Representative. If you would like to inquire about immediate shipment or inventory levels please call 1 (530) 757-8400.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to all orders shipping to CA, CT, FL, IL, MA,MN, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WA. Separate charges for sales tax will be shown on the order confirmation. Customers with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate should place their order by phone. SALES TAX CANNOT BE REFUNDED FROM ON-LINE ORDERS.

Notice for International customers.
If you are ordering on our webstore from a country with a Rabbit Distributor presence your order may be split into two. Software Downloads will be fulfilled directly by Rabbit. Any remaining balance of your order will be sent by our International Sales Team to our Distributor for your country to provide you with regional sales assistance, product delivery, and technical support. International shipments are exclusive of customs duties, taxes, and/or importation fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
